Originally a designer for Herb Lubalin, Fili served as head art director at Pantheon Books during the 1980s, where she designed nearly two thousand book jackets. In 1989 she established her own commercial design firm, still in operation. Published in conjunction with a pop up-exhibition installed at various locations across the US, this survey of her work includes profiles of various projects with personal anecdotes by Fili.
