Vintage black-and-white photographic print of a woman sous la mousse by French photographer Serges Jacques. Associated with the French "photographie de charme" tradition, Jacques became known for his images of postwar Parisian nightlife and his staged erotic photography in which he used props and suggestive poses in theatrical settings to work around censorship laws. His playful, polished pin-up photos, often set in bedrooms, dressing rooms, and bathrooms, earned him recognition as an important figure in European erotic photography. Full-bleed photo, with Jacques's blue ink studio stamp to verso. Some soiling and light wear. Very good. Item #13158
