Booklet published in conjunction with an exhibition held at the San Francisco National Airport honoring the late gay activist and first openly gay city commissioner in the US. In 2019, SFO announced that one of its terminals would be the first to honor a queer political with the decision to rename it Harvey Milk Terminal 1. Continuing to open in phases, the renamed and redesigned terminal intends to showcase artwork, exhibits, and displays reflecting the life and work of Milk. This first show presented dozens of historic images of Milk alongside archival material from the San Francisco Public Library and GLBT Historical Society.
