Organized in conjunction with Art Against AIDS Venezia under the aegis of the 45th Venice Biennale to benefit AmFAR and Italian AIDS charities, the show presented the work of over 200 prominent artists, including Louise Bourgeois, Alexander Calder, Eve Hesse, Jenny Holzer, Alex Katz, Sol Lewitt, Raymond Pettibon, Kenny Scharf, Kiki Smith, Cy Twombly, and Andy Warhol.
