New York: Forum International, 1981. Octavo, publisher's stiff photo-illustrated wraps.
January 1981 issue of Bob Guccione’s Forum. Founded in 1968, the Penthouse offshoot featured letters, interviews, and articles on sex, psychology, and relationships, most written by women. In the 70s, it was one of the most-sold magazines in the US. This issue includes an interview with cover star Andy Warhol (“I do believe in prophylactics. I don’t believe in children”), an article by counterculture icon and “new age sensualist” Jerry Rubin, and more. Illustrated with photos and illustrations in both color and black-and-white. Some wear to wraps. Very good. Item #5349
