Collection of hundreds of color polaroids of Turin prostitutes, taken between 1960 and 1973 by architect and designer Mollino for his personal consumption and discovered after his death. Mollino purchased and remodeled a villa in the hills of Turin expressly for his project, designing the mise-en-scène settings and outfitting the models in conformity with his minimal yet exacting aesthetic sensibility. Selected, and with essays, by Fulvio and Napoleone Ferrari, founders of the Casa Mollino Museum, Turin. Fine. Item #49
