New York: Dell Publishing Co., Inc., 1978. 5th Printing. Small quarto, publisher's photo-illustrated stiff paper wraps.
Experimental filmmaker and Crowleyite Anger's salacious (and more often than not fallacious) underground history of movies and the people who made them in the first half of the 20th century. Originally published in France in 1959, an American edition first appeared in 1965 and was quickly banned. This is a paperback reprint of the 1975 re-issue. Illustrated throughout with black-and-white photos. Spine creased, with rubbing to joints and some edgewear. Very good. Item #48
