New York: Strolling Dog Press/Vanity Press, 1987. 1st Edition. Quarto, publisher's stapled newsprint printed in black.
Offset printed 80s zine by pacifist poet, co-founder of The Fugs, and countercultural icon Tuli Kupferberg. An unofficial sequel to his 1965 Vietnam War protest song "Kill for Peace," Kupferberg modified the lyrics 12 years later to reflect the politics of war during the Reagan presidency. Illustrated with collages, cartoons, politics, poetry, drawings, and music in The Fug’s intelligent yet humorous style. Some toning to newsprint, small closed tear to upper wrap, one vertical crease running the length of the zine from being folded in half. Item #3234
